The resulting shape has a formal and textural expression intuitively associated with fabric, which becomes permanent and rigid as it cools. A xenon or LED is positioned to fill the resulting volume with diffuse light, accentuating the volumetric perception of the piece.

The 73.1 shallow canopy is a single 73 pendant fixture with a shallow brushed nickel canopy designed to fit over a new or existing 4” octagonal junction box. The pendant drop lengths on this chandelier are adjustable up to the specified maximum.
