Lead Time
For shipping addresses within 30km of our Vancouver warehouse:
- In-stock products are typically dispatched within 3-5 business days of your order. Items that are in-stock will be indicated on their product page.
- Lead time of made-to-order products is manufacturer-specific. Most of the items range from 1-16 weeks. For product-specific lead time, please refer to their product page.
For shipping addresses beyond 30km of our Vancouver warehouse:
- All orders are considered made-to-order*. While lead time is manufacturer-specific, most of the items range from 1-16 weeks. For product-specific lead time, please refer to their product page.
* Except certain in-stock small accessories that will be shipped from our warehouse.
Once your order is ready, we will contact you via email to arrange delivery or pickup.
Local Delivery
- Local delivery is available for addresses within a 30km radius of our Vancouver warehouse. This option will be shown during checkout if your address is eligible.
- Eligible orders will be delivered by Livingspace delivery team to your door on the scheduled date.

Domestic Shipping
- Domestic shipping is available for Canadian addresses beyond the 30km radius of our Vancouver warehouse. Shipping rates will be calculated automatically during checkout.
- Orders will be dispatched directly from manufacturer's facility and then delivered by our logistics partners to your home.
- Remote delivery surcharges apply for destinations with a distance of 120km or greater outside of major urban centres. We will contact you prior to applying any additional shipping surcharges.
