A variety of Bocci pendants can be used with the table light hardware, which includes an integral dimming system housed within a sleek brass cylinder. The black fabric cord is semi-rigid and may be sculpted to add form. The brass stand has a small notch on the underside, allowing it to be hung on a wall if desired. Individual 28 pendants result from a complex glass blowing technique whereby air pressure is intermittently introduced into and then removed from a glass matrix which is intermittently heated and then rapidly cooled. The result is a distorted spherical shape with a composed collection of imploded inner shapes, one of which acts as a shade for the light source.

* All 28 series pendants are handmade objects and little bubbles or irregularities are a normal and celebrated feature of the process.

Ordering Process

From placing your order to final delivery, we work closely with our manufacturers and logistics partners to make the process as seamless as possible.

How your order is delivered depends on product availability, your delivery address and the shipping method selected at checkout.

1. Browse & Place Your Order

Explore our curated collection of furniture, lighting, outdoor products and accessories and place your order securely online.

Product pages include available configurations, current availability and estimated lead times to help you choose the option that works best for you.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

2. How Your Order Will Be Delivered

Your available delivery and shipping options are determined at checkout based on product availability and the distance of your delivery address from our Vancouver warehouse.

Your order will generally follow one of two paths: in-stock or made-to-order.

For made-to-order products, the estimated lead time will appear in your order confirmation under Order Summary, within the details for each product.

3. Your Order Journey

3A. In-Stock Orders

For delivery addresses within 30 km of our Vancouver warehouse, in-stock products are typically prepared and dispatched within 3–5 business days.

Once your order is ready, we will contact you to arrange local delivery or in-store pickup.

For addresses beyond 30 km, certain in-stock products may be available for faster shipping from our Vancouver warehouse when Express Domestic Shipping is offered at checkout.

3B. Made-to-Order Orders

Many of the products offered at Livingspace are made or configured specifically for your order.

Once your order is confirmed, we place the order with the manufacturer. Manufacturer lead times vary by brand and product and generally range from 1–16 weeks.

Your estimated lead time is shown in your order confirmation under Order Summary, within the details for each made-to-order product.

Production

Your order enters production with the manufacturer once it has been confirmed.

When production is complete, your order is prepared for dispatch.

Dispatch & Final Delivery

Transit from the manufacturer’s facility generally takes 15–20 business days to reach either the manufacturer’s logistics warehouse or our Vancouver warehouse, depending on your delivery location.

Addresses beyond 30 km — Standard Domestic Shipping

For delivery addresses more than 30 km from our Vancouver warehouse, made-to-order products using Standard Domestic Shipping are generally dispatched through the manufacturer’s logistics network for delivery to your address.

Addresses within 30 km — Local Delivery or Pickup

For delivery addresses within 30 km of our Vancouver warehouse, made-to-order products are shipped to our Vancouver warehouse first.

Once your order arrives and is ready for final delivery, we will contact you to arrange either:

• Local delivery to your address; or
• In-store pickup from our Vancouver showroom.
