Giveaway Contest Rules

1. Eligibility
   This contest is open to legal residents of Canada who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, and immediate family members of Livingspace Interiors and Livingspace Outdoor are not eligible to participate.
   
   
2. Entry Period
   The contest begins at 12:00 AM (PST) on November 17, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM (PST) on November 23, 2025. All entries must be received during this period to qualify. The time of entry will be determined by the timestamp of the newsletter sign-up submission.
   
   
3. How to Enter
   To enter, participants must:
   1. Follow both Livingspace Instagram accounts: @livingspacevancouver and @livingspaceoutdoor;
   2. Tag one person in the giveaway post comment section; and
   3. Sign up for the Livingspace newsletter by filling the signup form within the contest period.
      
   Limit of one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
   
   
4. Prize
   One (1) winner will receive a Herman Miller Eames® Molded Plastic Side Chair - Deep Yellow Shell with a Trivalent Chrome Wire Base (retail value: $868.00 CAD.
   The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash value. Livingspace Interiors reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if the specified item becomes unavailable.
   
   
5. Winner Selection and Notification
   The winner will be selected by random draw on November 24, 2025, from all eligible entries received.
   The selected entrant will be notified by phone or email with five (5) business days of the draw.
   If the selected entrant does not respond within five (5) days of notification, or fails to meet eligibility requirements, another entrant may be selected.
   
   
6. Claiming the Prize
   The winner may be required to provide valid government-issued identification and/or complete and return a declaration of eligibility and liability/publicity release before receiving the prize.
   
   
7. General Conditions
   By entering, participants agree to comply with these Official Rules and the decisions of Livingspace Interiors, which are final and binding in all matters related to this contest.
   Livingspace Interiors reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the entry process, violating these rules, or attempting to interfere with the fair operation of the contest.
   
   
8. Limitation of Liability
   Livingspace Interiors is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected entries, or for any technical malfunctions, network failures, or other errors that may occur during the entry process.
   
   
9. Publicity Release
   By entering this contest, participants consent to the use of their name, city or province of residence, and likeness in any publicity or promotional materials related to the contest, without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
   
   
10. Governing Law
    This contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations.
