PICK UP

If you would like to pick up your order in person, we offer Store Pick Up in Vancouver. Our inventory is stored off-site in our warehouse, so we ask that you please give us 1-2 business days notice of your intended pickup time. We will have your product ready when you arrive.

SHIPPING

If you select Shipping at checkout, please note you will be charged a $25 handling fee. Our products are typically shipped within 3-5 business days and you will be provided promptly with a tracking number.

All deficiencies must be reported within 24 hours.
