This compact and eccentric parasol simply works by turning it towards the sun. Thanks to its asymmetrical shape it creates as much shade as a much larger conventional parasol.

Our inspiration was the African Acacia tree, which has perfected sun collection through thousands of years of evolution. This new Extremis parasol deflects a maximum of the sun’s rays with the least amount of surface area.

When the sun goes down, the integrated lighting beneath the parasol canopy creates a cosy ambiance. Designed with the idea of a pocket torch in mind, simplicity reigns even in the integrated, rechargeable LED module.
