Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility
   This event is open to legal residents of Canada who are 18 years of age or older at the time of purchase.
   
   
2. Entry Period
   The event begins at 12:00 AM (PST) on November 17, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM (PST) on November 27, 2025.
   
   All qualifying purchases must be completed and paid in full within this period. The official time of entry will be determined by the timestamp of the online order placed at livingspace.com.
   
   
3. How to Enter
   To qualify, participants must make a single purchase of $3,500 CAD or more (before taxes and shipping) at livingspace.com during the event period.
   
   
4. Prize
   All eligible customers will receive a 30-minute design consultation (valued at $350 CAD), conducted by the Livingspace Interiors showroom team.
   
   During the consultation, Livingspace will provide recommendations on furniture selection and layout based on the information provided by the customer.
   
   The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash value. Livingspace Interiors reserves the right to substitute the consultation with a service of equal or greater value if it becomes unavailable for any reason.
   
   
5. Notification
   Eligible customers will be notified via email within five (5) business days of their qualifying purchase.
   
   
6. Claiming the Prize
   To claim the prize, eligible customers must complete and submit the above booking form within 30 days of receiving the email notification.
   
   Consultations may be held virtually (via video conference) or in-person at the Livingspace Interiors showroom in Vancouver, BC.
   
   
7. General Conditions
   By participating, entrants agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and with all decisions made by Livingspace Interiors, which are final and binding in all respects.
   
   Livingspace Interiors reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the entry process, violating these rules, or otherwise interfering with the fair conduct of the event.
   
   
8. Limitation of Liability
   Livingspace Interiors is not responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected entries; or for any technical issues, system failures, or other errors that may occur during the entry process or email notification.
   
   
9. Publicity Release
   By participating, entrants consent to the use of their name, city or province of residence, and likeness in any promotional or publicity materials related to this event, without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
   
   
10. Governing Law
    This event is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
