Marine Grade Engineering, Applied to Shade

Founded in 1998 by Dougan Clarke in Miami, Tuuci began as The Ultimate Umbrella Company, applying marine grade materials — fiberglass, teak, aluminum alloys, and resins — Clarke learned working in boat shops as a young man. Within a year the company rebranded to Tuuci, and Clarke's vision evolved from umbrellas into what he calls "shade architecture." He holds more than a dozen patents and has designed every current product. Tuuci's collections are available in Western Canada exclusively through Livingspace.
