A Fireplace Innovation, Cast in Concrete

Founded in 2006 by Scott and Beth Springer in Leamington, Ontario, Dekko grew out of Scott's background in the fireplace business and a drive to modernize the traditional mantle. The result was a resin free, fire resistant concrete formula light enough to cut with carpenter's tools and fasten with screws, with every piece handcrafted as custom artwork. Dekko was later acquired by HPC Fire Inspired, and in 2025 began manufacturing at new US facilities in Las Vegas and Dayton, Ohio. Dekko's fire pits and cladding are available in Western Canada exclusively through Livingspace.
