A Fiber That Changed Outdoor Furniture

Founded in 1990 by Bobby Dekeyser, Dedon developed a weatherproof, color fast fiber supple enough to hand weave into intricate patterns — building complete vertical integration from fiber production to finishing by 2000. The brand's collaborations with designers including Jean-Marie Massaud and Philippe Starck produced icons like LOUNGE and ORBIT, and Dedon now reaches more than 80 countries. At Salone del Mobile 2026, Dedon presented new work from Sebastian Herkner and Stephen Burks. Dedon's collections are available in Western Canada exclusively through Livingspace.
