Comfortable and fits into my space nicely with a more stylish frame, compared to some other office chairs.
Would highly recommend trying the work chairs in person, I thought I would have liked the Zeph, but after sitting in the Sayl I knew I had to go that route! I would say this chair is not as comfortable as the other Herman Miller Aeron chair or the Body chair, but IMO it's a lot nicer looking.

The Sayl may not be as plush as the Aeron or Embody chair, but as you saw in person, it's designed with ergonomic support and modern aesthetics in mind. (:

Haven't received it yet, but I wanted to make a review because the customer service was amazing!!!! I ordered this for my mom for Christmas since she's been working from home on a dining chair for over a year lol. I CAN NOT wait to surprise her with this! I ordered it during the November Sale and Sara assured me I'll receive it in time for Christmas. Thank u to sm for helping me with my million questions.
