What forms of payment do you accept?

Livingspace accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express, WeChat Pay and Union Pay as well as a financing options through RBC (Royal Bank of Canada) and Affirm. At this time we do not accept prepaid debit or other credit cards online. Contact us for payments made with PayPal or EFT.

Will I be charged taxes?

Livingspace will charge the taxes of the jurisdiction where the product(s) gets delivered.

When will I get my order?

If a product is in stock, we typically ship within 5 business days (excluding in-transit time).

All other orders are considered Made to Order and can take 4-16 weeks to produce and ship from our supplier. See our Shipping + Delivery Policy for further details.

What if I don’t like my purchase?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return your item within 7 days of receipt. Some restrictions apply. See our Return Policy for further details.

I changed my mind. Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel and change your order within 24hr of receiving your order confirmation. See our Cancellation policy for further details.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer Free Shipping in Canada on most orders. Exceptions include deliveries to some rural locations (please see our remote delivery policy).

Does my purchase come with a warranty?

Each supplier offers their own individual warranty. For further clarification on warranty for a specific product please contact us at online@livingspace.com. All Herman Miller task chairs come with a 12 year warranty.

What happens if my product comes damaged?

Prior to receiving and signing for your delivery we recommend inspecting your packaging. If the packaging shows signs of damage please make notes before signing. Please take photos of your packaging before opening your shipment; whether your package is damaged or not. If there is damage to your product or your item is defective please contact us immediately at online@livingspace.com. See our Shipping + Delivery Policy for further details.
