Urban Bonfire began with a literal bonfire — a gathering spot at co-founder Ryan Bloom's family country house that became a community meeting place. Bloom and co-founder Stefan Marchant grew that idea into a Montreal outdoor kitchen company built on merging "the country sweet with the city smart." Their engineered systems, including a flexible track layout and self-leveling toe kicks, follow one core rule: "if it doesn't work indoors, we're not going to do it outdoors."
