One Hundred Years, Four Generations

Founded in 1925 by brothers Giulio and Stefano Porro in Montesolaro di Carimate, Porro began making furniture for Milan's emerging bourgeoisie before turning toward modern design in the 1950s under the company's second generation. Piero Lissoni has served as art director since 1989, designing the bestselling Ferro table along the way. Porro marked its 100th anniversary in 2025, and carried that milestone into a 2026 collection featuring designer Nao Tamura and a debut collaboration with Yabu Pushelberg. Porro's collections are available in Western Canada exclusively through Livingspace.
