Founded in 1996 by a small group of manufacturers with over 30 years of experience building commercial-grade stainless steel equipment for restaurants, Lynx set out to bring that same precision to outdoor cooking. The brand became known for a proprietary welding technique that produces seamless, corner-free construction, along with Trident infrared burner technology and ceramic radiant components. Lynx has been part of The Middleby Corporation since 2015. Lynx's grills and outdoor kitchen appliances are available in Western Canada exclusively through Livingspace.
