Twenty Five Years of Outdoor Kitchen Firsts

Founded in 2000 in City of Industry, California, Alfresco drew on more than 30 years of experience designing equipment for the nation's largest restaurant and hotel chains to build the first complete line of true open air kitchen products. The brand pioneered features including the Sear Zone infrared burner and the largest professional grill at 56 inches. In 2026, Alfresco marked its 25th year with the AIPG, its most technologically advanced grill system yet. Alfresco's grills are available in Western Canada exclusively through Livingspace.
