Following a difficult year, it was an exciting return to the Milan furniture fair, Salone del Mobile 2021, where a thematic emphasis on community and human connection presided over awe-inspiring displays of technical innovation and material exploration.
In a tactile industry which thrives – depends, even – on human interaction, sharing of ideas and perfect synergy between designer, artisan and consumer, the challenges presented by the global pandemic cannot be overstated, which is why we were overjoyed at the long-awaited opportunity to reconnect with our dear friends and valued European brand partners.
Featuring a series of exhibits centred around high-concept storytelling, we were introduced to long-awaited new designs, beginning the exciting process of curating our new 2022 collections for the Livingspace showroom!

Gallotti & Radice
We are elated to announce the upcoming launch of our new shop-in-shop at the Livingspace showroom, Gallotti & Radice. What began as a two-man operation specializing in exquisite glasswork with founders Pierangelo Gallotti and Luigi Radice, has flourished into one of the preeminent fixtures in Italian luxury design. Livingspace Interiors is delighted to become one of the very first in the world to feature this world-class collection at our showroom – arriving in October 2021!

Poltrona Frau
Our partners at Poltrona Frau formally announced their expansion into outdoor furniture, collaborating with renowned designers such as Roberto Lazzeroni and Ludovica & Roberto Palomba, with fabric from Loro Piana. A magnificent new collection effortlessly displaying the distinctive elegant flair so typical of Poltrona Frau, this new lineup embodies the concept of boundless living in the truest sense, while beautifully transcending the distinction between outdoor and indoor furnishings. Molteni&C
Molteni&C continued to set a high bar with an elegant installation designed by Ron Gilad, designed to evoke the recently elusive magical feeling of travelling, celebrating the renewal of human connection and paying tribute to innovation, creativity, cultural exchange and digital experiences.

Catching up with old friends
One of the highlights of our trip was visiting the showrooms and factories of some of our Italian partners – being introduced to exciting new collections, many of which we’ve breathlessly awaited since the events of last year postponed their release.
